How do I change my email address?

Visit www.TheDELTAnet.com/deltanet/changes.htm in order to change your
email address. There is a $12 fee to do so. It's recommended that you do this
before you lose access to your email address, because if your entry is deleted
due to an invalid or unresponsive email address, you will have to purchase
a new $22 membership.

Suggestion - get an email address specifically for
the email directory and Delta business.

Why was my membership cancelled?

We periodically check all email addresses and require you to respond to an
email to assure that you are still accessible via that email address. You will always
be given at least 30 days to respond. If we receive no response or if the email
is rejected for any reason, your password will be deleted and your membership
will be cancelled. Periodically, each member will be contacted by email and will be
required to respond. Failure to respond within the time period mentioned in
the email will cause your membership to be cancelled. A new $22 fee will be required to
restore your membership. Again, you will always be given at least 30 days to respond,
so
as long as you are checking your email regularly, your access will not be in jeopardy.

My email address is valid, but my membership was cancelled. Why?

I have no control over your email provider. If a message is sent to you and it
is returned as undeliverable or if you do not respond within the indicated
timeframe, I have no way to contact you, so your membership will be cancelled
and a new $22 fee will be required to have your membership restored..

Users of some free email accounts should know that if they do not use
their accounts regularly or if their mailboxes exceed the allotted amount
of email, any subsequent email sent to them is rejected. If this occurs,
your access to The DELTAnet will be revoked and a new $22 fee
will be required to have your membership restored.

I've lost my password. How do I get another one?

Send an email to The DELTAnet. Your password will be sent to the address listed in the email directory.
If you need to change your email address, see www.TheDELTAnet.com/changes.htm

I'm a new initiate or I don't have a membership card. Can I still join?

Yes, if you can find a Delta who is FINANCIAL and is willing to
vouch for you. You will still be required to provide your membership
number when you get it (within 4 months) or forfeit your membership.
